The office 9.5 feet by 12.5 feet and freshly painted. The office is fully furnished with a couch, executive chair, two side chairs, locking filing cabinets, lamps, sound machines, and decor. Tissues and common items are provided. A locking filing cabinet for your supplies is available. The office is cleaned and maintained for you.
The office is a fit for multidisciplinary professionals such as, but limited to, the following: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, LBA, LCAT, CD, CN, NP, and/or CLC.

The location is steps off of Bryant Park and Grand Central at 39th Street and Madison Avenue. The office is close to the 4, 5, 6, 7, S, B, D, F, M, and Metro North.
Availability
▪Wednesdays 12:01am to 4pm - $200 monthly
▪Wednesdays 4pm to 11:59pm - $200 monthly
▪Thursdays 12:01am to 4pm - $200 monthly
▪Fridays 12:01am to 4pm - $200 monthly
▪Sunday Full Day (12:01am to 11:59pm) - $200 monthly
▪Single day/time options are available as well as bundled options of multiple days/time a month are available at a discounted rate
Lease Terms
Space is available with flexible starts on the 1st or 15th of the month as well as where falls best in the calendar. Flexible lease length options for long or short term as well as month to month are available.
